The c25 Delegate contract is to be maintained behind a password protected site or transferred directly to the contestant who is seeking the opportunity to compete on the Local and/or State level of the Miss America opportunity. Directors are to instruct contestants who receive this contract directly that it is not transferrable and that interested parties are to obtain this document directly from the Local/State Director.
