To complete your registration process, you must follow the instructions and sign your Delegate Agreement.

You will not be able to register for a local pageant until you have completed the following important steps:

✅ Subscribed via the official membership form

✅ Signed the Delegate Agreement

Both steps are mandatory. Please complete them in full to move forward with your pageant journey.

ITEMS YOU WILL NEED FOR SIGNING THE DELEGATE AGREEMENT

Required Documents for Eligibility:

Depending on eligibility criteria (age, school, work, residency), you'll submit documents such as:

✅ Proof of Identity (birth certificate, passport, naturalization certificate)

✅ State-Issued ID (driver’s license, learner’s permit, state ID)

✅ Residency Verification (if applicable: voter registration, lease, utility bill, vehicle registration)

Uploading Your Documents:

Upload all required documents in one shared folder using secure file-sharing platforms (Google Drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer, OneDrive, Hightail). Insert the public link into Exhibit C’s provided space.

Signing and Submitting:

✅ Type your full name

✅ Digitally sign

✅ Date is auto-added

Additional Sections:

✅ Exhibit A (Social Media Agreement): Review required conduct for delegates.

✅ Exhibit B (Health Notifications): Optional; note health conditions or medications.

✅ Exhibit C (Additional Documentation): Review carefully; applies as needed.
